We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Tamara Malas pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original condition. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our studio inspects your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
